A few things to know.
What does the pilot cost?
The AI Assistant Pilot starts at $1,500 for one tightly scoped workflow. It is not an automatic subscription and not a promise that every system can be connected. Larger builds, multiple integrations, messy data cleanup, autonomous actions, and production rollouts are quoted separately.
What happens after the pilot?
If the pilot proves useful, CPL can discuss monthly care for monitoring, routine maintenance, agreed hosting and AI usage, and small adjustments. A small deployment may start around $250/month plus agreed usage costs, but the actual ongoing plan is based on what the pilot requires.
Can it work with the software we already use?
That is part of discovery. CPL checks whether the software offers a suitable API, export, or other approved access method. Vendor permissions and data quality matter. If a connection is not practical, we will say so and discuss a smaller starting point.
What happens to our business information?
Before connecting anything, we agree what data is needed, who can access it, which AI and hosting providers would handle it, and the appropriate storage and retention arrangements. Share a description of the workflow in your first inquiry—not passwords or confidential records.
What support is included?
Paid custom builds include CPL’s 60-day bug-fix support from handoff. Extended support is available separately. Pilot assistance, ongoing monitoring, usage limits, hosting, maintenance, and future changes are discussed and documented for your project. Licensing and source handoff are also confirmed in the written scope.
